When you place an order or contact us, we collect: your name, phone number, delivery address, city, and the order details (items, size, price). If you message us on WhatsApp, we also see your WhatsApp number and the contents of that conversation.

We use this information only to:
- Process and deliver your order
- Contact you about your order status via WhatsApp or phone
- Respond to questions, feedback, or exchange requests
- Improve our inventory and service based on order history
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
WHO WE SHARE INFORMATION WITH
We share order and delivery details with our courier partners only as needed to deliver your order. Our website and order data are stored securely with Supabase, our database provider, which processes data on our behalf.
WHATSAPP COMMUNICATION
Our customer support and order updates run through WhatsApp. Standard WhatsApp privacy terms apply to messages you send us there, in addition to this policy.
DATA RETENTION
We keep order records for as long as reasonably needed for accounting, customer support, and legal purposes.
YOUR RIGHTS
You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion of your data (where we are not legally required to keep it) by messaging us on WhatsApp.
