ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS
Thrifted Era sells secondhand (pre-owned) sneakers, boots, formals and sandals. Every pair is inspected and assigned a condition grade (A-C) before it is listed. Please review the photos, condition grade and description carefully before ordering, as these reflect the actual item you will receive.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
Orders are confirmed only after full advance payment is received, as shown at checkout. Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are fixed and non-negotiable. Once an order is confirmed, it is prepared for dispatch and cannot be modified.
DELIVERY
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan. Estimated delivery times: same day within Faisalabad, 2-3 days for the rest of Punjab, and 4+ days outside Punjab. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays outside our control.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Please see our separate Return & Exchange Policy for full details. In short: all sales are final, but a size exchange may be requested within 3 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in that policy.
ACCURACY OF LISTINGS
We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph each item's condition. Since these are secondhand goods, minor signs of previous wear consistent with the stated condition grade are normal and are not considered defects.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Thrifted Era is not liable for delays caused by courier services, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, or events beyond our reasonable control.
